Prepare your palate, Pizzeria Bebu just opened their doors beneath yours at SoNu Digs, the son of SoNo East. Although Chicago prides itself on pizza, Pizzeria Bebu is a new concept that doesn’t play by the rules with their variety of one-of-a-kind thin crust-style pizza. The combination of in-house tomato sauce and dough crafted in a designated dough room contributes to what sets this pizza apart from the rest.
Satiate your taste buds selecting from twelve different pizzas, including specialties such as the Little Neck Clam composed of garlic, parsley, lemon and panna; the Funghi featuring wild forest mushrooms, roasted garlic, ricotta, pecorino, panna, and aged balsamic; and the Ode to Rubirosa made with vodka sauce, tomato, nutless pesto and fresh mozzarella. For all the pizza lovers that prefer a more traditional pie, there will be staples such as the Margherita crafted with fresh mozzarella and basil and the Prosciutto featuring roasted garlic, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, arugula, red onion and panna.
Wash down your pizza with a cold one, choosing between an assortment of 10 beers, five of which are dedicated to a rotation of brews from Off Color Brewing. For those that prefer grapes, an extensive wine list of more than 60 approachable wine labels can be enjoyed by the glass.
